| Joe is married to Lorna (Laviolette) Mendonca. They are the proud parents of two children who have done very well in the Lowell School System. Lena graduated with a Master's Degree in Education from Rivier College and Jeremy graduated with a degree in Communication from Boston College. Both children previously attended the Pawtucketville Memorial School, the Dr. An Wang Middle School, and Lowell High School. | |
